Getting started

To start integrating Ninoxbee into your Ninox database, signup to the plan that suites your needs (all plans include a 7 days trial period).

After signing up, you will receive a welcome email from Ninoxbee with a magic-link to connect to your Ninoxbee portal. Click on this link and open the Ninoxbee Portal. You may always login to the Portal by requesting a new Magic-Link on https://app.ninoxbee.com

The portal allows you to view your API key and to download a few ninox templates. Copy your Ninoxbee api key to a safe place.

Ninox Templates

The Ninoxbee Portal ships with a working example for basic Cybersecurity Training program. The goal of this app is to ask all the employees of a company a series of 20 questions related to cybersecurity. Download the following 3 apps into your Ninox workspace.

1. Ninoxbee : This template is a self-updating Ninox module which includes all the logic to configure your forms. Use it create and to customize your forms.

   

   Please notice that Ninoxbee is a password protected app, meaning that you cannot change its code. Ninoxbee is bound to the Gitnox update manage and will invite you to upgrade each time a new release is available.

2. Training: This template is a simulator for an actual business app. In this particular case the app is a cybersecurity training app for employees. Typically, in such a scenario, the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) of a company doesn't want all the employees to access his/her database, but rather invite users to answer a few questions once per year. For our example, the CISO created a process for onboarding new employees where he/she'd want to assess the maturity of the employee with regards to security questions.

   

   The Training app is a non password-protected app meant for you to test ninoxbee in an off-the-shelf scenario.

3. Events Inbox: This app is a module of the Training app and is an optional module. All the logic you'd need to integrate your business app (Training) to Ninoxbee is abstracted into this database. You can ship all the logic from this module directly inside your main business app.
